By accessing or using the BisaleMazel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. BisaleMazel reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

BisaleMazel provides AI-powered scenario simulation and market prediction reports. The Service uses proprietary algorithms, autonomous Digital Mind agents, and statistical ensemble methods to generate predictions about business, financial, political, and market scenarios. The Service is intended for informational and planning purposes only. IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE, AUTOMATED DECISION SYSTEM: BisaleMazel's predictions are generated entirely by automated AI simulation. No human reviews individual simulation outputs before delivery. The system uses large language models, agent-based simulation, and statistical ensemble methods. Outputs reflect probabilistic scenarios, not guaranteed outcomes.

ALL PREDICTIONS, REPORTS, CONFIDENCE INTERVALS, PROBABILITY ESTIMATES, AND SCENARIO ANALYSES GENERATED BY BISALEMAZAL ARE SIMULATIONS AND ESTIMATES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND. BISALEMAZAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PREDICTED OUTCOME WILL OCCUR. ACTUAL OUTCOMES MAY DIFFER MATERIALLY, INCLUDING COMPLETELY, FROM SIMULATION RESULTS. PAST SIMULATION ACCURACY DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE ACCURACY. YOU MUST CONSULT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING ANY DECISIONS BASED ON SIMULATION OUTPUT. BISALEMAZAL ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON SIMULATION OUTPUT. This disclaimer is reproduced on every simulation report generated by BisaleMazel and forms an integral part of every output delivered through the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using BisaleMazel, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The Service is available globally, subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Users in jurisdictions where AI-generated forecasting tools are restricted or prohibited are not permitted to use the Service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to update it as necessary. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Access to full simulation reports requires the purchase of simulation credits or a paid subscription plan. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Credits are non-refundable once a simulation has been initiated and the pipeline has begun processing. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no simulation has been run. BisaleMazel reserves the right to change pricing at any time with at least 14 days notice to existing subscribers. Annual subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.

All content, algorithms, data models, prediction pipelines, reports, branding, and platform code are the intellectual property of BisaleMazel Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission from BisaleMazel Inc. Simulation reports generated for your specific scenario are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share a report using the platform's built-in share functionality. You may not resell, sub-license, or commercially distribute simulation reports without a separate written commercial licence from BisaleMazel Inc.

You may not use the Service to: (a) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or circumvent the prediction model or any security measures; (c) resell or redistribute simulation reports commercially without written authorisation; (d) submit false, misleading, or fabricated data to manipulate or game simulation results; (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law; (f) impersonate another person or entity; (g) transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive technologies; or (h) use automated bots or scripts to access the platform without prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BISALEMAZAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS OF ANY KIND RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM RELIANCE ON SIMULATION OUTPUT. IN NO EVENT SHALL BISALEMAZAL'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BISALEMAZAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING, BISALEMAZAL'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BISALEMAZAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BISALEMAZAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BisaleMazel Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) any decisions you make based on simulation output.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, not in court. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration provider under its then-current rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for any reason, then the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void, and the dispute shall be resolved in the courts specified below.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 12 shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

BisaleMazel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, internet outages, third-party API failures, or power failures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and BisaleMazel Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
