Simulation Data: Scenario text, uploaded documents, images, and any other content you submit to the simulation engine. This content is used solely to run your simulation and generate your report.
Payment Information: We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and Subscription ID for billing management.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, simulation counts, and interaction timestamps. This data is used to improve the Service.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and session data collected automatically when you use the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Process your simulations and generate prediction reports
Manage your account and subscription
Send transactional communications (receipts, simulation completion notifications)
Improve and develop new features
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your simulation content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
